Skillec was asked to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for a rented property in Aylesbury on behalf of the landlord.

The inspection involved a detailed assessment of the property's electrical installation, including distribution equipment, circuits, protective devices, sockets, switches, earthing and bonding.

The testing identified a number of areas requiring remedial attention. Skillec provided the landlord with a clear summary of the findings and carried out the necessary electrical works to address the issues identified.

Following completion of the remedial work, the affected circuits were tested again to verify that the installation was safe and operating as required.

The project provided the landlord with both a clear understanding of the condition of the property's electrical installation and the necessary documentation following completion of the remedial works.
